Discussion about
Does anyone have a view on what a coop on broadway next to Lincoln Center should be priced at per sqr ft? We are looking at a 2 bed/2 bath for about $950 per square foot. I know the condo market much better thus any color on coop pricing would be much appreciated. Thanks for your help.

I really depends on the building. There are some postwar coops in that area with painfully high maintenance, relative to what you get for the moeny. Can you share the address?

"I" should be "It".

"It" should be "why the f___ are you buying anything in this mkt, when Geitner can't sell his? "

You are welcome for the translation, West81.. : )

gotta love any thread that features w81 and w67. jdu, you have both ends of the spectrum here. if you can't figure this out with the help of these two, you are beyond help
