Discussion about 410 West 24th Street in West Chelsea

does anybody else realize that london terrace towers is broken up into two areas on streeteasy? i think this was done to make it harder to see the history of apartments on the market.

Could any residents comment on living in this building today? I'm looking for homes for my son.

A friend of mine lived here 15 years ago and generally liked it but found the wooden floors to be an issue. They were squeeky (resolved w/ a carpet) and the upstairs neighbor's footprints were readily heard.

Several celebs in this complex back then, but in the 470 building.
