The general description of the building is out of date. Application fees for renters total $575, not $250. Also, in addition to the $1,500 moving despoit described, there is also an additional $1,500 moving fee that is a nonrefundable fee, rather than a deposit. The $1,500 moving fee is charged when moving in AND when moving out, so that moving fees total $3,000.

Where did u get this information? According to the management agent (AKAM), the non-refundable move-in fee and move-out fees are $750 for buyer/seller (total $1500) in addition to the $1500 refundable deposit. Can't imagine it will be different for renters...
