It is too bad that yet another project in Brooklyn Heights will be in a holding pattern. At least when the current owner was trying to present designs for the building there was hope something would get done.
Does anyone know if the current owner, Regal Investments, ever actually got the zoning changed to residential (or know where to find that informatio) or does a new buyer have to start from the begining?
Any update on the 20 Henry litigation?
