The old police station on 72 Poplar is back up for sale. Looks like the owners will not be heading back to the Landmarks Preservation Commission with updated designs. I believe this building was purchased from the city for more than 9 million. At least when the current owner was trying to present designs for the building there was hope something would get done. Does anyone know if the current owner, Regal Investments, ever actually got the zoning changed to residential (or know where to find that informatio) or does a new buyer have to start from the begining? Any update on the 20 Henry litigation? [less]
