Discussion about
After having checked and double-checked the market inventory throughout the listings of most NY's RE Firms, as well as their compilations in the web, only F.S.B.O. units seem to be out of my screening. I wonder which is the best way to hear about those. Thanks
Today the NYT has the most complete inventory of FSBOs. That's changing. Craigslist, Curbed and Streeteasy carry FSBOs now. I'm guessing more people will start listing here.
Thanks Pmorrow. Your info will surely help.
streeteasy now has FSBOs?

Yay for Street Easy! I applaud this change. It's going to cost me, a broker, business, but it is the right thing to do.
The other place to find FSBOs is Trulia. It often has computer-glitch errors, I have to keep an eye on them and have been on the phone with them more than once, but it's the next biggest listing service. Zillow and home.com also good.
