Condo fee comps: real estate taxes?

Discussion about

When condo fees are quoted they don't include taxes as those are the responsibility of the individual unit owner, correct? But when comparing buildings, what is market practice, to include taxes with condo fees in an overall per sq foot cost?

you include your total monthly fee as you would with coops.

Thanks. So we should include the condo fee & the taxes when calculating per sq foot costs. Is there a general rule of thumb as to what is an average per sq foot cost for conde fees + RE taxes?
