Where are you going with this? The main problem for entrepreneurs is that they are going to have to get advice on how to obtain tax credits. Otherwise they get taxed like everyone else. Seems like a net win to me, just less so here than in other parts of the country.

Oh, wait was this article form Crain's? For a second I thought it was a press release form our friends at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Does Crains still have jornalists, or do they just publish Chamber press releases as news?
