Discussion about 220 East 72nd Street in Lenox Hill
Has anyone had experience with this building? Considering renting there. Thanks.

This Urbana building is occupied on the lower six floors by a college. The building is supposedly pet-friendly and most of the units don't have washer/dryers inside the apartments.

I don't live in this building, but do live nearby and would recommend the area as family-friendly and very residential.

don't "consider" it for long, or the apartment you want will go to someone else.

Like the apartments, seem spacious, love the area, but why no washer/dryers in units? I do not want to use a common laundry when paying $ 8000-9000 in rent each month. too bad.
