What's in it?: water, waste, gas, electric outlets, switches, wires, load-bearing structures.
What's the plan for patching the floor?

$500-$5,000

That is not so much a range, but rather an either or.

If your building makes you file with the city it will be on the 5K range because you will have to hire an architect, etc.

If your building will let you do it on the DL, then a few handy men a few hours will be enough.

Of course if there is electrical, plumbing, floor or ceiling repair involved that will cost more, and could add 1-5K onto the price.

i paid far less than that with a licensed contractor. the wall was not load-bearing and did not have anything in it though. pretty much the same size.

If you do not have to file with the city it will be way cheaper. Filing with the city will mean hiring an architect to draw up plans. $2500 would be low for an architect alone.
