So will there be silence all day on this issue? kylewest, after disparaging the broker and then disappearing, has no follow up for us streeteasy hasn't provided any perspective, though they have no problem that a post by columbiacounty suggesting that someone be hit by a bus remain. And they have no problem with w67thstreet's claim that the real estate industry is responsible for the mother killing her four children No response from the broker in question or even Elliman, perhaps leading to the conclusion that streeteasy isn't really "in" with the major brokerage firms to begin with. A surprise given the hostile attitude here that, as someone highlighted this morning, even led a previously balanced individual to go on a malicious attack before getting all of the facts

spinnaker, fyi, if we ever get into a thing, the first name I'd be registering would be spinmaker1, so maybe you ought to beat me to the punch.

If the broker community will be fine, then won't sophisticated buyers be fine too?

seems as though now kylewest sees the possibility of other alternatives besides intentional deception by the broker:

It is over 24 hours actually since I first identified the deceptive ad--created intentionally, by sloppiness, or by computer error somewhere, or some other reason--and there is no explanation or correction yet. What has changed is that additional photos were added to apt 4A's listing, so someone is clearly involved with the post but not yet deleting the misleading photos.
