looking for a traditional (french) style designer with an ability to create a plan for a board approval in an elegant upper east side building . any suggestions ?

Francois Tenenbaum is the prinicipal and is French and has done several UES townhouses in addition to many other UES, UWS, Midtown and downtown residences.

Most real designers have to be registered members of a national or international design organization (that usually requires an exam) and have to have graduated from an accredited 4 year program. Decorators do not have to have these qualifications. Both can be good at their job, but designers have more credentials - just a search tip when looking.
