probably (you'd have to check with the building) but why would you want one? wood is harder to sanitize than tile or stone. In addition, it expands when it gets humid, so every time you took a shower your floor would expand. Over time that humidity cycle would probably cause the wood to buckle and/or chip.

i would agree with ali. the only thing that's worse then wood floors in the bathroom is carpet.

I agree that it would be very impractical. As a long shot, though, I remembered a guy named Greg Curbow who used to make high-end bass guitars out of a material called rockwood. It looked like regular wood, but it was HEAVY. Turns out the wood had been impregnated with phenolic resin. It was a technique developed by the military in WWII when there was concern about the available supply of metal. I have no idea if this stuff is commercially available, and I'm sure it's difficult to mill, but I thought I'd mention it.
