Upper West side now has both. Please Rate Service Quality Value Seems the prices and service are better at Joe's but not the quality.. Any thoughts?

Things are changing at Fairway. Stock price of fairway holdings is under $1.00 S&P recently lowered debt to CCC+ outlook negative and they regularly discount olive oil and some other staples under their own brand. They're still 25% more expensive than Trader Joe's for most products but there appears to be pricing pressure.
