it's the report they release in october, thus they call it their october report (not their report on october activity, which is their november report), it covers september. i too find it less than a reliable report, which i've discussed on BU, but the name of the report is not the issue i have with it.

yes, this is unfortunate, yet the inevitable result of SE's laxity in letting the likes of w67 spew such abusive language. they need to set some basic ground rules, and have the courage to stick to them. referring to posters as 'whores' ,'sluts' and 'prostitutes' is not funny or colorful - it is debased and left unchecked it degrades the board for everyone.

I'm confused - I read the vitriolic poster as 'jim_hones10' and not 'w67'

on this thread and many other jimhomes, on hundreds of others its w67. SE and many of the posters such as AR have tolerated, actually encouraged this debased language from w67 for some time, so they can't act surprised, or offended that others now feel comfortable to use it.

if a woman stands by, and even encourages her male friend to use the epithets 'whore', 'slut' and 'prostitute' on a consistent basis, she has absolutely no grounds for complaint when someone else uses those epithets towards her.

there are two solutions: 1) allow this kind of language from everyone, which is apparently what SE moderators deem best or 2) ban everyone from using such language. clearly i am in favor of option 2.

w67 has always been a perfect gentleman on SE. If only jimhones and all her other troll and "nice" usernames would as well.

wool rugs don't mean jack shit. it's whether or not allergens can get caught. and it's the types of allergens. there are many things that can be done to reduce asthma attacks. the major ones are routine cleaning, but just as important are no fabrics. none. leather furniture. no fabrics or rugs.

and matt, i've spent time in the hospital with an asthmatic kid. have you? have you spent time with doctors discussing how to control the problem?
