Discussion about The Mayfair at 301 East 69th Street in Lenox Hill

Almost purchased home here without any knowledge of the corner to be an entrance to the 2nd Ave subway. ? how does listing agent have no idea of this. I just want to warn all the vulnerable buyers out there as me. GOOGLE EVERYTHING and you will be amazed at what you will find!

of course the agent knows......but why would they tell you? they are there to get paid...not provide you with information, that will make you hesitate about putting in a bid....

No bugs. The staffs take good care of the building.

Excellent Staff, the building is well maintained and the subway has added value.

Lived here for 8 years. There are no bugs. The staff is wonderful and the Board does a great job. The hallways have been refurbished and they are beautiful.
