Alway loved their coffee, but they have to hire koreans and indians who speak english, it gets annoying.

It will be interesting to see down the road how the introduction of the time consuming hot food options will affect the flow of customer service in the store.

The buddy system with Baskin Robbins ice cream was nearly disasterous. If I had a nickel for every time I heard an employee respond, "what's a pint?"

The Dunkin Donuts stores which operate on their own are much better than the combination stores with Dunkin Donuts, Baskin Robbins and a sandwich place that I can not recall the name. But the individual Dunkin Donuts shops often have very limited seating - 2 tables and maybe 2 or 3 stools along a window sill. In the suburbs, the Dunkin Donuts stores have much more seating (and even a restroom). I am not a fan of Subway shops - as you pass the stores, the smell of the sandwiches from the stores is not very pleasant but it must have a big following in NYC with all these locations mentioned in the article.

The worst chain restaurant smell is from walking by a Chipotle.
