Absolutely, streeteasypost ... cooking oil. Onions, cooking oil, and, let's say, for example, coconuts.

Sorry, streeteasypost, you'll have to eat your chapatis with salt and green chillies, that's all. It's very difficult.

Stevef asking Ericho advice is like two pedophiles asking each other how to raise wholesome little children.

"well cc. Simply, I would say 100% b/c w/o the steel there's not apt."

This is some of the dubmest logic I've ever heard.

Without flooring, there is no apartment. Is that 100% of the value, too?

"Man u guys don't have much to do. Do ya? Constantly here. I guess we could you people the shut-ins."

Project much?

Remember, SteveF is much cooler, because he posts his nonsense on *multiple* boards.

Why do we have 1800 threads on commodity prices, and where were you when they were plunging a year ago? Still saying "inflation!" even though the above prices were all down. Commodities do not equal everything we buy. Real estate, wages, technology, productivity...these are are all factors.

what is the problem?? Higher costs to build apartments means higher prices to buy apartments. Inflation and real estate are happily married. They go hand in hand. But let's also not forget that nothing is being built and the economy is firing...can you say "The Perfect Storm"

So if I undertand this economic theory correctly, prices for apartments are not determined by the market but by sellers based on their input costs?
