Discussion about
I plan to gut renovate 1 2-bd next month. I need a new source for kitchen wall and base cabinets that I used to buy at Home Depot: Mills Pride brand - nuce but not inordinately expensive. I plan to list my apartment for close to over over $35,000/yr. and need and intend to make it a luxury, with higher end materials but a refrigerator with a value of mora than zero. Thoyghts, suggestions and recommendations would be very much appreciated.

I am not sure exactly what you are asking.

What kind of cabinets?
I would go to Nemo Tile
AF supply or Smolka for plumbing
Simons hardware for all hardware
Appliances- Pauls appliances in nj

Love these people, I did my cabinets for $4500 (maple) versus $13,000 (for white melamine) home depot quote.

Solid wood, maple fronts, GORGEOUS wood grain. Order sample doors, see what you like, measure, then they will send CAD drawings of your kitchen so you can visualize (for free!).

You will need to unload and install them yourself or hire someone. Home Depot quoted 20K to install. Ridiculous!!

We did Langston Cinnamon with glass doors. Doesn't come with glass, so we ordered custom from these people:

Gorgeous stuff.

If you have a decent contractor and a slightly flexible floor plan, you can save a bundle by recycling a kitchen:

Some of these kitchens are brand new or floor models, or lightly used and removed from swanky Greenwich and Darien homes. It's a pain to retrofit a custom kitchen, so you have to be very careful selecting one, but if you find something that fits your kitchen's dimensions it can be a one-stop shop.

Thank you everyone. The apartment is 800-ft slightly irregularly shaped being renovated as
a high-end rental. I will check out everyone's recommendation.
