80 metropolitan

Snyone buying in 80 Metropolitan? Anyone consider buying? What does anyone think of potential large towers being built around the site and blocking views, congestion, etc?

I've bought an apartment in this building. I think it will do well. It's not so close to the Bedford Ave. bustle, but close enough to walk to the L station and all the stores. I don't believe there will be any large towers built near this building. The only huge ones are Northside and Edge, which are several blocks away. Other than the sister building under construction on the Kent side of the block, the only apartments with partial river views will be the ones facing Metropolitan Ave.
