I saw this building twice already. it's an old building which they are refurbishing entirely. the layouts don't work for us, but that's a personal choice. i always think it's worth checking out as a point of reference bc what you see online and what you see in person are always two completely different things.

Checked it out today. Construction is still going on in the building and the block looking quite messy. But this will be over at some point in the future.

Not at Costco prices...

This building really perplexes me there are two sales in the building with similiar room count and SF unit 6E sells for over 1.5M while unit 3H sells for $925K what is this huge difference in price? Any theories why this happened?

3H's only exposure is to a little courtyard, while 6E faces the street. Maybe that's part of it.
