Discussion about 315 Seventh Avenue in Chelsea

Does anyone know a bank which will lend in this condo? seems to be a high concentration of sponsor owned and rented units?

Good news is the sponsor hoas sold off most of his units so it is much easier to find a traditional loan on this buildng.. all good news.

contact Maexwell Kates property management for a list. You can also ask banks if they deal with "portfolio loans"

Hello, my son is starting school in downtown Manhattan this fall and I'm looking to rent or buy an apartment nearby at which he can live. Does anyone have insight into 315 7th Avenue, which a family friend recommended to us?

This particular family friend lives in this building, and raved about it, how it’s near everything and the friendly residents. We're scheduled to view an apartment this coming week, but I'd like to hear feedback from residents. thank you.
