Discussion about One Brooklyn Bridge Park at 360 Furman Street in Brooklyn Heights
Well, streeteasy should definitely explain it, but let's not get carried away until they do. Considering it was pulled, it seems quite possible that it was entirely made up. Lest we forget that there are some people here who seem to relish the downfall of this building.
somewhereelse: Baby is back...
You two trolls deserve each other, sadly.
ah, the hypocrisy! i love it!
lmao
Hypocrisy of what exactly? Or are you not aware of what the word means (wouldn't be the first time)?
troll on, btw... the thread is yours.
though I'm sure you'll follow me and try and hump me on another after this...
Thanks, I'll let you troll/hump/stalk steveF on every other thread, as you're already, obviously, doing.
That is some BS, i guess SE preferred to remove real discussion-worthy content in favor of the above
kiz: True. If it was a real comment, if not -- how did SE confirm it, in such a short amount of time?
RAL gets his lawyer to threaten to pull RAL ads off of SE. SE sweats and pulls the comment.
Have a nice weekend.
does anyone have an idea of what this comment said?
A lady owner, pregnant also has other kid, has leaks and problems in her unit. RAL moved her into a temp. unit. Her unit still not repaired. RAL and his lawyer don't return her calls.
Sounded true, to me. SE deleted the comment, right before my eyes!
Wow did OBBP just increase prices for almost every listing by 2 percent?? Looks like sales were pretty strong over the past 3 months... I was always under the impression OBBP was overpriced, but I guess the park's opening had a big effect on sales?
I think One Brooklyn should repoint the entire exterior. They can just fix up leaks with hydro activated foam. ridiculous.
go bjjjjjj !!!!
a fresh run in, replete with your lovliest language
what happened to the heartfelt bonding stuff??
What is the issue with the exterior? Are there leaks? I have heard of mold issues.
bklyn: Leaks, unrepaired = mold.

Exterior (or interior) building work, rushed to the finish line = problems.
W, nice, pulling threads from 6 months ago! As you probably know, swe is a bit of an unpleasant character to say the least. I don't get why you're still grinding that ax...
Someone should do a walk through of all the unsold units.
>As you probably know, swe is a bit of an unpleasant character to say the least.
You seem to have a lot of enemies. Why?
Cracks in the exterior.
this is all I could find on him.

Very consistent workmanship
this comment in particular speaks volumes.
Just ask the unit owners of Franklin Tower, in TRIBECA. They Trusted Robert A. Levine to develop that conversion. What he Treated them to, was a building with : leaky windows, problems with the air-conditioning system drainage, the fire-proofing insulation had to be replaced, and also the Building's brick facade - BRICKS WERE LOSE,AND FALLING OFF THE BUILDING. All this, within a year of the completion, and move-ins. Robert A. Levine certainly did not "Treat people the way he wanted to be treated." Not only could he not be Trusted, he also had to pay Franklin Tower $one-million dollars, in restitution. That deal was mediated by the Attorney General. And THAT,Is THE REAL DEAL about Robert A. Levine, amoung other things..
