building at 75 Clinton Street

saw it too. Think it's pricey, although did like the finishes. The issue with the building in my opinion is that the rooms are small. If you don't mind being slightly away from BH, you should go check out 233 Pacific Street. Much better value there.

Saw the apartments a couple of months ago.

Location - so so. The vast majority of windows are facing Clinton St, which means you'll be hearing and breathing cabs all throughout the day and night as they go back to Manhattan.
Layouts - perhaps it was difficult to come up with anything better given this was previously an office building, but most of the apartments are long and narrow, squeezed in between the walls to maximize square footage without a lot of consideration for architectural design and convenience of living spaces. The corner units have somewhat decent layout but the rest of the building's layouts are less than unexciting.
Pricing - this is really my personal biggest issue. I believe the cheapest 1-bedroom apartments on the second floor are priced at $900/sq ft with prices go up to around $1,100 for higher floor units. Maintenance charges are decent but combined with taxes (which are "symbolically" abated) it comes to north of $1/sq ft.

Bottom line - significantly overpriced (at least 20-30%, in my opinion), smallish units with banal designs and relatively high maintenance - good luck Corcoran

ok the rentals are booming, but what about the prices?! these units are way too overpriced even for the Heights!

They're really set on charging a ton of money for these apartments. I'm waiting for them to realize that people are not into paying ~$2900 for a studio in a building with a gym located in the labyrinth of a basement. Yes, condo-quality finishes, but nearly $3000 for a 550 sq ft studio in this area is ghastly!

They're trying hard to get people in with these concessions, but I guess renters realize they'd be screwed when the lease ends.
