Discussion about The Chesapeake House at 201 East 28th Street in Kips Bay
Does anyone live in this building that can give me a better idea of the neighborhood and also your feeling about the building? I'm not too familiar with the area and would love more information. Thanks!

Does this building require liquid assets to cover 24 months of maintenance/mortgage?

Does anyone knows whether the operations of the adjacent parking facility is noisy? Units whose windows face the ramp where cars enter and exit the garage, would not they get the noise from cars? Could dual windows be installed to reduce that noise? Thank you if you have certain answers to these questions!
