building at 45 Park Avenue

anybody live in this building or has seen it? How's the surrounding area and the building?

This building is way up high on Murray Hill. Pretty well insulated from flooding and rough conditions that can reek havoc on areas like Tribecca, areas east of second avenue, downtown, and the west side. The area is quiet. Not many great restaurants but there is light at the end of the tunnel. Good to have the high end Setai around plus the booming 29th St. corridor. Easy access to the green line subway. Grand Central Market is a joy. Fairway will be opening in Kips Bay shortly. Great access to the city as a whole. This building is centered just right.
