Discussion about 330 West 56th Street in Hell's Kitchen
Anyone have any information on this building? I really like the area, but would like to know what living here is like. Such as: Is management or the super responsive to tenants when they call? Are the walls thick or thin? Do tenants use the gym or rooftop deck? Is the building well maintained? Do tenants stay here long-term or is there a high turnover? Thanks -

Not familiar with the building except that I know it's managed by Greenthal who also manages our coop. No complaints. They have been great.

Greenthal is the best coop management company I have dealt with in NYC in more than 20 years. Don't know how they are on the rental side.

I used to live in a Goldfarb Properties rental in the city and they are absolutely the WORST.
