Extel's target for this project appears to be super-rich Orthodox families. They're doing pretty well at Ariel with Orthodox families who are merely rich, so they're taking the next step up the socioeconomic ladder.

If you can afford $10-15MM for a huge apartment with separate kitchens for meat and dairy, your b'ruchas have been answered!
