Reference request for a cable/wire installer

You're looking at minimum $1200 for the installation.

Materials:
(1) box of CAT6 data cable = approx. $200
(1) box of RG6 coaxial cable = approx. $150
(?) CAT6 connectors + faceplates + (?)12-port patching block = $100+
(?) F-connectors/head-ends + faceplates = approx. $50

The price for materials can get really low if you use cheap stuff.

Labor:
Assume (2) guys working (8) hours, $50/hr = approx. $800

You might be better off finding a contractor to remove the baseboards, run all the wire and then have an audio video guy come in and make all the terminations. I think you will find that less expensive. It is difficult to say how much it would cost without knowing more info, like how long are the runs? How big is your apartment?

Thanks for your response. The apartment is about 1,050 sq. ft. My very rough estimate is that the job would require no more than 200 feet of cable. At this point, I'm just trying to get a ballpark sense for the potential scope of the expense before I decide how to move forward.
