Discussion about
432 Park Avenue will be the tallest building in NYC. They already started with the construction and will be finish in 2015. This building probably will affect the sun light of many other buildings near by..and what about noise! 3 years building the tallest building in NYC and 6th tallest in the world!......
Let me know if you are interested to buy here. The units are selling fast.
Any discounts available?
Buy one get one free would be nice. Unless theres an eataly in the building. Total game changer.

No its not possible alijafri. You should have your license revoked for false representation.
Email me if anyone wants 432 park ave. I have a more reliable broker that has already gotten a few contracts executed with them.
Why would there be any difficulty in getting a developer to sell an apartment?

Hedgefund dude with 432 Park apartment "After picking up the bottle tab I leave the club with some hot model... Rather than risk potential devastation, I pay for my chauffer to work overtime and take us straight to 432 Park - dare I utter a midtown address... But by the time we get to the building and are up the first 50 floors on the elvator, she is passed out. I leave her there for the porter -- in the elevator -- and DK that trade."
