Discussion about
How do I list my rental? I get to the page where there should be some sort of link for you to input information and upload photos but there's nothing. I'm already a monthly member. Help!

Go to top tab on right and click on the "more" tab. Click on submit your listing. Follow directions.

Best to hold an open house on Sundays for appointment only. Just leave your telephone number for anyone who emails you is probably not that interested. Be prepared to get a lot of calls from brokers claiming they have a client that is extremely interested in renting your specific apt. Of course they really don't but they do do want you to sign up for an exclusive agreement with them. Once a broker lists your apt then expect to have a long wait to get a tenant for most potential tenants don't want to pay an extra $5000 bucks for the privilege of renting your apt.

For some reason, I don't have submit your listing under "more". Wtf? And even on the bottom of the page where it says submit your listing, I click on there and there's no link or anything to list...

and prepare as a frbo to get low-balled by people too cheap or poor to pay for an agent.

streeteasy is a NAZI-esque monopoly setting their owns rules and regulations in the NY real estate industry-They are supposed to be only a advertising platform, but they have become the police of the industry-they must be stopped.

Realtyholdings, They are indeed expensive for rentals but I do not think the alternatives are that good. Most of the renters and buyer look in Streeteasy, that is why they can afford to charge a premium. REBNY can get their act together and create a completing platform but it is not that easy to do when Streeteasy platform is pretty good and free for renters and buyers. That said I do think their “contact agent” is a misleading for the consumer. They have mitigated that somewhat recently as the listing brokerage company is appearing right on top now.
