Teens are unreliable workers. Nobody is going to hire them just for a tax credit. And that's not factoring in all the red tape that comes along with hiring minors.

The thing is teenagers do the work that illegal aliens don't want to do any more. We need a pathway to citizenship for teenagers, not a hand up.
