Can anyone share personal experience about living in TriBeCa Bridge Tower? Also, I am looking for a 2-bedroom or convertible 1-bedroom for $5000 or less. Do these currently exist at TBT - it's hard to match up floor plans with pricing from the Glenwood site, and they don't have floor plans on their SE listings... Thank you! Caroline

There are some very good staff and the location is great. However, there is zero sound proofing in the building and tenants for the most part are not respectful regarding their neighbors. There is internal construction happening non stop which can be deafening. There are elevator issues. Things need a lot of repair in apartments. HVAC units are outdated. There is complete lack of management oversight.
