Discussion about 143 Sullivan Street #1
I went to this open house over the weekend...immediately thinking of the 2 other units in the co-op next door that are listed for the same price of $475K. The other 2 apartments are 5th floor walk ups, this one is the first flight up, the other 2 floors are very creaky, these are not AS creaky, and this one is completely brand new (nothing has ever been used in the kitchen and tons of outlets on... i think that 4B is better. 143 #1 has a fridge the size of a dishwasher. that maybe good enough for some parts of europe, but not in US.

it also has a "flat" kitchen so as not to disturb the movement through the apartment.

But aren't the ceilings higher in the 145 building? And for the upkeep, I suppose it's the same between the two buildings. Are these really worth the 475? What was the sales price of 4B?

Regardless of the unit, a half million for a walk up studio is insane. And btw, I'm not sure if they still have the St. Anthony Feast but if they do, be prepared for 10 days of sleepless nights in early June.
