FYI ... Gas is currently turned off because of corroded pipes in basement. As of this writing, 6/8, we’re in our 3rd week of no gas. Situation is being worked on, plumbers were in our apartments over the past two days, but there’s been no timeline for resumption of service. And there have been rats in the basement.
