Used to be even more... 895K. Can't say I'm surprised it's been on the market for over 2 years.

Sonya and MIB, agree completely. This prison cell reminds me a little of that 175 sf "studio" that sold in 2009 (535 west 110th) and was all over the news. Though in fairness, this one appears to at least have a closet. :)

I don't think I've ever seen an actual brick shower before. Beautiful floors though.
