Rental at 153 West 80th Street

I agree fully with the other comments -- the building is awful, has no doorman, no super, is loud (there's always people screaming in the hallways and the people above me had constant parties in their apartments all night long and no one ever did anything about it) , and yet the people who own a few of the apartments in the bldg really think they can charge the same prices as luxury buildings. And they are shady in other ways as well -- for example, the listing says that "amenities include Cable/High Speed internet/A/C" etc. Well, those things are IN the apartment, but they are NOT included IN the rent!! You will get a separate bill for those each month! So I definitely don't recommend this building. There are other places nearby with much better amenities for similar and even lower prices.
