Looks nice, but such an utter ripoff. Worth $600-650k at most.

So what in manhattan is worth the asking price, its all over priced. Accept it and buy what you like otherwise someone else will. Eventually in realestate it all goes up, its just a matter of how long your time period, 5yr, 10yr, 20yr or 40yrs. No matter what you purchased 10-20 years ago it is up, so its almost a can't lose. Now the question is whats the best buy for now as everything could be looked at in the past as a good buy.

Also close to eataly. So definitely a buy.
