price increase unreliable real estate agent. This apartment was on sale around last February for 485k. The same real estate agent emailed me saying the apartment had an offer and it was out of the market until this week, where it came up listed for 550k.

There are some possible explanations. One is that the apartment did not appraise for the contract price and is now back. This happened quite a bit downtown for a few years. Please feel free to contact me if you'd like to discuss.
