I am a tenant in this building. Aside from the homeless shelter across the street, we had a very scary incident last night. The building does not have an exhaust for the boiler which caused the entire building to fill with Carbon Monoxide. Thank god the fire dept. broke into our apartment room last night at 3am...they said we would have died. I called the building management company today and they are ignoring our requests to address this issue. Don't know what else to do right now so thought I'd post this...

Me again. The building has still ignored our requests to install carbon monoxide alarms. Also, today they threatened us with a fine and eviction if we try to access the roof. This is after they threw away our dinning set that had been set up. One of the owners, Dave, also dug through our Trash to pull out our mail after he mistakenly thought we put our trash on the street on the wrong day. He came into our ROOM to yell at us. This might have been the least professional experience I've ever dealt with.
