The photos don't seem to match the layout. Also, adding up the dimensions of the rooms provided only gets to about 450 square feet--are the photos of a different apartment, or is the floorplan considerably different?

hmm...was looking at this also. no way the footage adds up.
and, did the calculation on the other units also. they don't add up either, but at least the other ones don't differ by that much.
