For having only ~14 apartments this building sure does turnover A LOT. Whats the deal???

it was brand new last year dipshit. and the location is horrible.

It was not brand new last year. There is rental history back to 2008 on streeteasy and I know people who have lived there way before that. Thanks for the insight JIM

here's a guess - could they have been effected by hurricane flooding? They are in zone B

nothing in that immediate area was effected. It looks like the building has had very high turnover for a while, especially recently and higher rents.

Well one could expect up to 14 units a year turnover if nobody stays a 2nd year.....

Plus the OTHER thread on the building might give you a reason nobody stays
