Anyone want to chime in on who the worst property managers are? I mean companies, actual managers at those companies, and closing agents at those companies. I find them to be nothing better than the DMV. Unable to get anything done, combative and disagreeable etc. Opinions please -- and do name actual names. thanks

Is this about biblical Christmas decorations of the "creche" variety, except not only are all the barnyard aminals cats, but so are all the Mewjee and St. Joe'sPaws and the Blessed Virgin Meowry and even the Sweet Baby JeezHiss Hisself?
