We were told they would install air conditioning and W/D in the building and were told after we moved in that they have decided not to due to expenses. The walls are paper thin so there's very little privacy.The hot water often does not work. There is also no ventilation and it is getting very hot. FInally they have not covered the exposed garbage in the landing area. Do not sign the lease, you are paying too much for nothing. Please note that 130 Allen and 131 ORchard are the same place
