Don't know the building but the neighborhood is fine. You can get your groceries on 110th and FDB. You're steps from Morningside Park and Central Park. The FDB corridor has a new restaurant opening practically every day. Columbia is also a short walk. The new Condo going up at the corner of Manhattan and 110th has starting prices of $1300 psf.

I hear that there is litigation by some of the condo owners against the developer for faulty construction, relating to water infiltration on the side of the building. Any one have details on this?
