Condo - Electric Heating

Hi, I'm a newbie here.. I'm thinking of getting a condo in Staten Island and see that the heat and hot water are electric. Any idea if that will be astronomical on my electric bill? The fee covers snow removal, up keep of the grounds etc. but not the heating or hot water. It's about 715 sq ft. Thanks, and tell me it will be reasonable :)
