Amazing, as a Broker, to see this listing on Million Dollar Listing..May it have been real or scripted. One thing for sure, the original price was very aggressive, and the offer of 7 million, is higher than the current listing price.

Saw this too. If the $7M was real, with the $6.5M backup, missed their opportunity.
