Thank God the old site design is still available. The new version may look hip and happening, but when it comes to being user friendly and finding what you need, it does not compare to the old version.

My theory on you is that you had a vested interest in SE which you cashed out via sale to Zillow. While a certain group of users acted like the site was theirs, you constantly reminded them that it was not. Only someone with a vested interest in the site would care that much.

I was wondering if the following happens to anyone else: When I enter my selection in "type", and select "condo", I get ALL RETURNS, i.e., condos, condops, and coops. I don't think this happens in the new site. Anyone care to comment?

The new new streeteasy is better but i still prefer the compact efficiency of the old one. I guess I have to lump it.

This one is better than the old one with Inonada who would lie to people about nonexistent cheap rentals.

The new SE was a true abomination but this Newer SE is only slightly better. Tiny fonts and massive amounts of whitespace -- clearly Zillow, which was designed around suburban single-family homes, is trying to replicate the spread-out suburbs where there are acres of wasted space in between each oversized house. Come on, Zillow, remember, you're among city-dwellers now.
