yup, 8,315 active listings, 7,799 with address. Let's average them: 8,057. Take out 229 townhouses and you have a whopping total of about 7,800 apartments for sale in Manhattan right now. Excluding FSBO's. So, by my historical calculations, that's about a 1-year supply (supported by Miller Samuel, BTW). Aren't these numbers supposed to start falling right about now?

Wasn't that JuiceMan's argument as to why inventory was rising?
