Discussion about 201 East 35th Street in Murray Hill
Easy application process in this building, with part-time doorman. Laundry room on the lower level. No pets allowed. Apartments are really spacious since it's a pre-war building. High ceilings, and some nice original detail like archways and tiles in the lobby.

This property now has serious issues with mice and cockroaches. The management has been very well aware of it.
